Description

Great exciting opportunity withing Alliance Global Services fast Growing Open Source Practice has immediate needs for experienced Business analysts/PMs in support of supporting our NY-NJ clients on a broad based portfolio of service offerings: Core skills and required experience:

 

* Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs

 

* Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies

 

* Writes detailed description of project specification documents, such as business requirements, program functional specifications, and technical design documents

 

* Documents detailed steps required to develop or modify systems

 

* Communicates requirements and changes to development team

 

* Provides oversight for system testing, support, and quality assurance

 

* Writes detailed use case scenarios:understanding in the areas of custom software development, database and internet solutions design. AGILE METHODOLOGY

 

* Proven understanding of SDLC models

 

* Ability to work in a dynamic fast pace environment

 

 

 

* Contributes and adheres to standardized documentation and SOPs

 

* Helps to oversee overall development of multiple client projects within a product

 

* Assists in the facilitation of team and client meetings

 

Education or Equivalent:

 

* Requires a bachelor's degree

 

* Requires 4-7 years of ba experience in APP DEV/PORTAL field

 

Skills Requirements:

 

Strong written and verbal communication skills

 

* Possesses understanding in the areas of application development, database and internet solutions design

 

* Proven understanding of SDLC models, WEB, ood, java, AGILE AND process modeling

 

* Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals

 

* May lead and direct the work of project managers and/or technical leads

 

* A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected

 

* Candidates must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with employees and clients at all levels

 

 

* Previous experience interacting with both internal and external clients

 

* Previous Technical Project Management and/or Technical Lead experience

 

* Previous experience in Pharmaceutical Industry in either promotional programs or medical education a plus
