Description
Searching for a Part time Business Analyst for a long term contract.
This person will be a part of the Financial Planning and Analysis Department.
Looking for a consultant with Software Development expertise to support FP&A Department.
Required to have strong knowledge in the following areas:
Budgeting and Budget Variance Analysis
Grants Planning and Accounting
Capital Planning, Forecasting and Tracking
Performance Indicator Measurement and Reporting
The Consultant shall will support existing systems developed and maintained by FP&A. The systems, and their platforms are as follows:
BUDAR- Budgeting & Variance analysis system developed in MS Access with SQL Server database.
Grants Management System- a grants system developed in MS Access with Oracle ODBC connections.
Performance Measurement System - MS Access application
Comprehensive Business Plan - a complex Excel model
Technical expertise required in the following software:
Microsoft Access (Programming in Visual Basic)
Microsoft Excel (including workbook automation using Visual Basic)
SQLServer (DBA -level skills required)
Oracle Database (DBA - level skills required)
Visual Studio/.Net web development (Visual Basic or C# Programming required)
