Informatica Lead is a Business Intelligence expert with understanding of business applications & processes.
The key focus of this role is to enable the creation of Informatica workflows & mappings to support the implementation of a complex ETL process.
The ideal candidate will be able to perform as the project lead and be hands-on with the architecture, design, & development of Informatica Solutions.
He/She will need to mentor and coach the delivery team per the Informatica best practices.


Responsibilities:
* Establish the ETL strategy, process and methods to complete the overall project taking into consideration the client standards
* Architect, Design and Develop the Informatica ETL Solution
* Good to have team lead capabilities.
* Lead, mentor and coach the delivery team in Informatica best practices
* Establish and maintain effective communication with development leads

Job Experience:
* Minimum of 10 years of experience required.
* Must be willing to drive this account single handedly/ should be well versed in Global Delivery Model.
* Must be an Informatica Expert.
* Must be able to develop complex SQL statements.
* Must be able to understand and write shell scripts in UNIX
* Candidate must have 8+ yrs experience in reporting and requirements analysis
